By using Radio Frequency (RF) heating, it is possible to manipulate polymer materials in a way that is not possible using any other method.  Petrie RF Forming and welding systems can shape, mould, join and form many types of polymers. Unlike conventional heat, when RF energy is applied to a polymer, it is possible to monitor the amount of energy that is absorbed by the product. This not only ensures perfect results every time, the information can also be collated and used for quality assurance.
