BAMWA – Microwave Flexibility at an Affordable Price

The new Petrie BAMWA (Batch Air and MicroWave Assisted) oven is a world first, a standard rack sized oven with the added benefits of microwave and steam giving an extremely flexible heating system.  Until now, microwave technology has only been available in either small domestic units or large bespoke systems. Utilizing Petrie’s unique combination heating know-how, the BAMWA  20-E (20kW microwave power, electric version) has been developed specifically with the small user in mind.

Advantages of the BAMWA 20-E:

The BAMWA 20-E is supplied pre programmed for easy operator use and minimal training hours required. Using the larger 896MHz microwave, normally only available in large systems, the BAMWA 20-E brings the advantages of industrial systems to the small user.

A test unit is available for use either at our facility or on your site giving you the opportunity to experience the flexibility of the BAMWA 20-E with your own products.
