Servicing & Maintenance

Petrie offer a broad range of Servicing support with individual packages tailored to suit our customer’s needs.

For some customers it is sufficient to call upon the services of our maintenance and services team on an ‘ad hoc’ basis. For others however it is more appropriate to develop a specifically designed ‘Service Agreement’.

For a fixed (normally quarterly) fee, our Engineers will visit the factory and conduct routine maintenance and safety checks. We normally include within the agreement/fee for a fixed number of call-out visits over and above the regular maintenance/safety checks.

Spares

All original equipment from Petrie is provided with a comprehensive and priced spares list specific to the equipment purchased. Consumable items such as microwave magnetrons and radio frequency triode valves are normally held in stock.
